Sepit prepares its consultants to maximise their skills so that our customers are benefited from day one of the engagement
- Sepit Consultants are "Subject Matter Experts" in their chosen modules. Sepit strives to enhance the knowledge of these subject matter experts by continuously training them on the latest Functional Developments.
- Sepit continuously trains its Consultants on the "Latest Technology".
- Sepit Consultants are trained on "Business Etiquette" to prepare them for a better interaction with the customers and for a better understanding of the local customs and lifestyle.
Knowledge Sharing
Sepit Consultants participate in regular "Internal Discussion Sessions", to share the knowledge gained on projects executed in various client locations.
