Bipin Andani-CEO
An Electronics & Communication Engineer, he has about 20 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and Sales in the International & Domestic markets. His earlier successful stints have been in Yokogowa Ltd and Advanced Electronic systems.
He is a founder member of SEPIT and is focussed on building a vibrant, professional & ethical organization.
Apart from running the day to day functions of the organisation, he is focussed on Business Development & Building New Partnerships.
Pralhad V Deshpande - COO
An Engineering Post Graduate with over 27 years of wide ranging experience in IT Industry and Academics and having profound knowledge & experience in Leading, Managing, People, Process, Technology, Program Management, Business Delivery Operations, Consultancy and Academics. He is also a ISO Certified Lead Auditor, Client Member to WWISA and undergone CMMi Level 5 v 1.2 training from Carnegie Mellon University USA.
He held many positions at corporate level and was Senior Vice President and Global Head for Quality and PMO functions at MphasiS Ltd, Head Business Excellence Corporate Process & Tools and was Head Business Excellence for Applications and ITO Business Units at subsidiary of EDS & HP Company respectively. Earlier, as Chief Technology Officer at Kshema Technologies Ltd he was instrumental in Technology initiatives leading R & D, Knowledge Management, Quality, Information Services Group and Technical Training.
In Sepit - He runs the day-to-day operations of the organization. He works closely with all departments to define and deliver services and programs.
Yatheesh .S – Founder Member
A Electronic & Communication Engineer, he has about 16 years of experience in the IT industry.
A well known T24 Technical Consultant, he is acknowledged for his wealth of knowledge and efficient use of the same in a large number of projects worldwide.
In SEPIT, since inception, he heads the Technical team. In addition delivering high quality consulting solutions to clients, he is focused on building a technical team with comprehensive knowledge.
Girish.A.H –Founder Member
A Mechanical Engineer, He has about 15 years of experience.
Being in T24 related services since 1998, he has been part of a number of projects across the globe.
Having started in a Technical role, he is now well qualified, acknowledged for his performance in offering functional solutions for T24 implementations in the areas of Treasury & Securities.
In SEPIT, since inception, he leads the initiative of offering Treasury and Securities solutions to clients and build a team around this practice.
He is also involved in building peripheral solutions for the clients CBS.
Sridharan - Advisory Board Member
A Banker by profession and having a multiple educational qualifications, he has an extensive experience of 30 years in banking & financial services industry.
Since 2000, he has participated in multiple projects involving T24.
In Sepit, he guides the Functional/Business Team to deliver Business Solutions to Clients
Anant Koppar - Advisory Board Member
A Serial Entrepreneur, founder Chairman and CEO of KTwo Technology Solutions. He was a Co-founder and Head of Technology & Operations in BFL Software, responsible for acquiring marquee clients like Compaq, FedEx, Autozone, etc. He Founded Kshema Technologies in 1997 and grew it to a high value niche services provider in 5 years and then on Headed MphasiS Technologies, a division of MphasiS that provides software services to customers engaged in R&D and Product Development.
He advises the Sepit Management mainly in the areas of Corporate Governance & Value Creation in Offshore Services.
